On Jun. 22, 2017, I got up so early for Xiong's Clay Oven Rolls and Fried Bread Sticks(熊記燒餅油條), the very famous and popular breakfast with locals in Xinzhuang, New Taipei, Taiwan. I arrived at the breakfast store at 7:30. There were lots of customers lining up in front of the store.

In fact, It's not easy at all to have Xiong's Clay Oven Rolls and Fried Bread Sticks(熊記燒餅油條) for breakfast. It only opens on Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends! And if you get up too late, everything at the store is probably sold out, and you have to wait until its next business day!

After the long queue, It was my turn! I ordered the clay oven roll with a scallion egg, fried bread stick and soy milk!

Its clay oven roll with a scallion egg was so tasty. I liked it so much! Especially its thick and a little soft clay oven roll with the a little salty scallion egg was perfectly matched!

Its fried bread stick was fluffy! And all the food here were just made! Fresh and delicious!

The yummy ice soy milk made me so comfortable in the summer morning!
I also heard that its hot Taiwanese peanut soup was also traditional and delicious, but I didn't order it because the weather in Taiwan had been too hot recently.
Xiong's Clay Oven Rolls and Fried Bread Sticks(熊記燒餅油條) has been established since 1932, the year when Taiwan was still part of Japan. It has always been very popular with local residents in Xinzhuang, New Taipei, Taiwan.
