Ramen Muku, from Frankfurt, Germany, Now Has a Branch at Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum, Kanagawa, Japan!

On Feb 16, 2017, after my travel companion and I walked around Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum and had ramen at Ryu Shanghai Honten. We decided to continue to challenge our 2nd bowl of ramen at Ramen Muku that day!

Ramen Muku
Ramen Muku was initialized in Frankfurt, Germany. It had been so popular with Europeans and was invited to open a temporary branch at Shin-Yokohama Raumen Museum in 2014!

We weren't sure whether the branch of Ramen Muku at Shin-Yokohama Raumen Museum would keep operating or not. That was the reason why we had to challenge our limits of stomach that day.

Its style of decorations looked mixed Japanese style with western styles. We felt so amazed!

As soon as we entered the ramen restaurant, the length of queueing was dramatically increased by crowds for lunch! We were really lucky!

MUKU RAMEN(無垢ラーメン), Ramen Muku's signature
We both ordered its signature, MUKU RAMEN(無垢ラーメン). Its soup was based on pork broth and soy sauce. It tasted so appetizing! Its unique noodles were made from Durum Flour for pasta and the flour for pizza. The noodles mixed Japanese culture with European culture, as the same as its decorations, gave us a special taste and texture that we hadn't never tasted before! I thought its texture was between regular ramen noodles and spaghettis!

Its two kinds of BBQ porks were both awesome! The pink one tasted like ham. The other was so tender. I preferred the former. whereas my travel companion preferred the latter.

Done!
We both finished our ramen! Its ramen really satisfied us! After this, we spent almost 1.5 hours taking railways and subways to our next destination, A Tes Souhaits(アテスウェイ), the Best Cakery in Tokyo, Japan, for our desserts!

I have no idea when the temporary branch of Ramen Muku at Shin-Yokohama Raumen Museum will close. But I'm sure I'll visit this restaurant again if it's still open when I visit Yokohama, Japan next time! Or maybe I'll visit its main store in Frankfurt, Germany!
